Last updated: 3 September 2026. These terms apply to your use of bkeepers.co.uk (the "site"), which is operated by B Keepers ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our bookkeeping and Making Tax Digital services, lets you get an indicative quote, and lets you contact us. Quotes from the quote tool are indicative only. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing after speaking with you.

Information, not advice

Guides, videos and articles on the site are general information about bookkeeping and UK tax. They are not advice for your situation and we do not accept liability for decisions made on the strength of them. Our disclaimer sets this out in more detail. If you are a client, the engagement letter and terms of business we send you take priority over these website terms.

Cookies and analytics: how we track use of the site

We are clear about tracking. The site sets only the cookies needed to run it and to remember your cookie choice. If you choose "Allow analytics" on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are viewed and whether the quote tool is used. Analytics is off until you choose it, advertising features are switched off, and usage data is kept for no more than 14 months. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer. Full details, including the cookies we set and our lawful basis, are in our privacy policy.

Forms and the quote tool

Details you enter into the quote tool or contact form are used to respond to you, as described in the privacy policy. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the site; we will ask for what we need securely once we are working together.

Our content

Text, images, video and the design of the site belong to B Keepers or our licensors. You may read, download and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first. Third-party names and logos, including FreeAgent and HMRC, belong to their owners and are used to describe the services we support.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites such as FreeAgent, HMRC and our professional bodies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or remove content, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
